Christmas at this hotel was fantastic! the staff were ever so friendly and helpful, greeting us with a warm welcome and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the large bathroom and cosy room were perfectly appointed, and the views were simply breathtaking. the key location was ideal, with several hiking trails nearby and easy access to public transportation.

The Wi, Fi connection wasn't very strong, but that didn't detract from our Christmas experience. the only downside was the limited parking spaces available, which left us scrambling to find more parking options, but the hotel staff were extremely helpful and provided us with useful advice to resolve the issue.
